The website www.stellalotycz.com (“Store”, “we”, “our”) is owned and operated by Stella Lotycz , registered in Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom. By accessing or purchasing from our Store, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Orders

2.1. All products offered for sale are subject to availability. 2.2. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. 2.3. Prices are displayed in GBP (£). Currency conversions displayed on the Store are for convenience only.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. Full payment is required prior to shipment. 3.2. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods listed at checkout. 3.3. In the event of non-payment or payment reversal, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We ship worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. 4.2. Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges. 4.3. We shall not be liable for delays caused by couriers, customs inspections, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4.1 Processing Time

  • Products in stock will be dispatched within 3 business days.
  • Products not in stock and handmade to order will be dispatched within 14 business days.

5. Returns, Refunds and Vouchers

5.1. You have the statutory right to return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a full refund. 5.2. Returns initiated after 14 days may still be accepted at our sole discretion; however, no monetary refund will be issued. Instead, the Customer will receive a voucher/store credit equal to the value of the returned item(s), valid for future purchases in our Store. 5.3. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 5.4. The Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied. 5.5. Custom-made, handmade-to-order, intimate, or digital products are strictly non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defect.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
