Newsletter Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms & Conditions define the rules for subscribing to and receiving the Stella Lotycz Newsletter via www.stellalotycz.com.
1.2. The service provider is Stella Lotycz – Fashion Designer , e-mail: contact@stellalotycz.com (“the Provider”).
1.3. These Terms constitute an electronic service agreement in accordance with the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services of 18 July 2002.

2. Definitions

  • Newsletter – a free electronic service consisting of the periodic sending of e-mails containing information, artistic updates, educational materials, and promotional content related to the Stella Lotycz brand.
  • User – any person who voluntarily subscribes to the Newsletter by providing their e-mail address and accepting these Terms.

3. Conditions of Subscription

3.1. Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary and free of charge.
3.2. To subscribe, the User must provide a valid e-mail address and give consent to receive messages electronically.
3.3. The User may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each message.
3.4. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

4. Legal Basis for the Service

4.1. The Newsletter service is provided in compliance with the Polish Act on the Provision of Electronic Services .
4.2. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Newsletter for technical or organizational reasons, after notifying Users in advance.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

5.1. The data controller is Stella Lotycz – Fashion Designer .
5.2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of sending the Newsletter and for the Provider’s own marketing activities, based on the User’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
5.3. Data will not be transferred to third parties except technical service providers (e.g., mailing system operators such as MailerLite or Mailchimp).
5.4. Data may be stored on secure servers within the EU or in countries recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection.
5.5. Data will be stored until the User withdraws consent or the Newsletter is terminated.
5.6. The User has the right to:

  • access their data,
  • rectify or delete it,
  • restrict processing,
  • transfer data,
  • withdraw consent at any time,
  • lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.

6. Scope and Frequency

6.1. The Newsletter is sent no more than twice per month.
6.2. It may contain artistic, educational, informational, and promotional content related to the Stella Lotycz brand.

7. Liability

7.1. The Provider is not responsible for any failure to deliver the Newsletter due to technical issues, spam filters, or factors beyond its control.
7.2. The Provider is not liable for any damage resulting from an incorrect e-mail address provided by the User.

8. Amendments
8.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms.
8.2. Users will be notified of any changes by e-mail.
8.3. The latest version of the Terms will always be available at www.stellalotycz.com.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms are governed by Polish law.
9.2. Any disputes arising from the use of the Newsletter will be settled by the court competent for the Provider’s registered office.
